GROUP INSURANCE
Proficient Auto Transport, currently offers group health, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability and life insurance plans to all full-time employees. Insurance coverage begins on the first day of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. Employees have 45 days from the date of hire to make online elections. Once made, elections remain in place for the remainder of the plan year. Qualifying events or changes in status, as defined by the Plan document, allow employees to make certain changes as defined by the Plan Documents.
