What is the process for filing a claim?

If you believe that your vehicle has been damaged while in transit, you must file a claim with us within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to provide photos and/or videos of the damage, as well as any other relevant information. We will then review the claim and contact you with our decision. If we determine that the damage was caused by our carrier, we will reimburse you for the cost of repairs.
