Randy celebrates 35 years of extensive operations and business development experience in the Auto Haul industry. He has led executive positions for some of the nation’s largest Auto Haulers, including Senior VP of Operations and Business Development at Jack Cooper Transport. Randy spent 24 years there, eventually managing over 1,000 employees and 16 locations. Prior to joining Proficient, Randy was the Executive VP at Diversified Automotive in Boston, MA. There, he nearly doubled the company from 160 trucks to 300 in fewer than four years. His awards and accomplishments are extensive.
