About Us
Proficient Auto Transport is one of the leading finished vehicle logistics service providers in the United States. We provide finished vehicle transportation and logistical services for numerous OEM’s; transporting automobiles, SUVs, crossovers, and trucks for domestic, import, and luxury vehicle manufacturers. Our drive to provide on-time execution, zero damage, and trusted reliability has enabled us to become one of the United States elite vehicle transportation services which can now service all 48 states.
We also provide transportation and logistical solutions for many new and used vehicle customers with our 3PL service division. 3PL services include storage, drive away, yard management, support for off rail movements, transportation of vehicles, and many other solutions for your logistical needs.
Proficient Auto Transport was founded in 1993 as a one-truck auto transport company. From the beginning, we knew that doing things the right way would be the key to success. It didn’t take long before our reputation for vehicle transport excellence got the attention of the OEM’s.
Within one year, we began growing our fleet of Auto Transport trucks. Now in business over 30 years, we run 150+ open, enclosed, and lift trucks with 100% soft tie-down capability. We have new state of the art technology including the best transportation management system in the industry (Viridian systems), with fully integrated ePOD, eLOG, tracking and visibility, and accounting. Poised for expansion, our contracted client list currently includes Audi, GM, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes, Porsche, Volkswagen Maserati, and more. A lot has changed over the years, but our passion for precision, efficiency and dependability never will.
